Elections of Trade Union representatives were held across JNS in the 7th month of 2016, these were the first democratic union elections in the past 11 years. JNS all workers vote directly by secret ballot, in any workplace of technology, quality, production etc. where there are 1 or more workers who are members of registered trade union, these choose representatives from among themselves.Ultimately selected 61 workers' representatives.
